Lexington, Kentucky’s new music festival, Railbird, will take place this weekend August 10th & 11th on the grounds of Keeneland. The two-day music festival will feature three stages of music. The full line is listed below.
The festival celebrates Kentucky’s bluegrass culture by offering equine excursions with morning guided tours of Keenland’s countryside and historical facilities. Another experience to not miss will be The Rickhouse with hand-selected barrels of Bourbon from Blanton’s, Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, Old Forester, and Pinhook and Weller.
The festival headliners The Raconteurs and singer-songwriter Hozier will be fantastic endings to both Saturday and Sunday. We are also excited to see Tyler Childers coming off his recently released new album Country Squire. The lineup also includes must-see acts such as Brandi Carlile, Gary Clark Jr., Mavis Staples, Lucinda Williams, Old Crow Medicine Show; I’m With Her, St. Paul and the Broken Bones, and many more including Lexington area bands.
