NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — 5 Seconds of Summer brought a polished, high‑energy performance to Ruoff Music Center on Saturday night, July 25, 2026, pairing early‑career nostalgia with the theatrical production of its Everyone’s a Star! World Tour.

Haiden Henderson started the night with an energetic performance of his songs “Sweat”, “Be Your Girl”, and “Freak for You”. He finished warming up the crowd with the song “Hell of a Good Time.”

The Band Camino next took the stage, starting their set with the song Baggy Jeans followed by Daphne Blue. Their harmonies were on point as the crowd enjoyed the songs “I Think Like You” and “Haunted.” The Band Camino set the tone for what was to come, “Your Favorite Boy Band.”

The Australian pop‑rock group played for nearly two hours before a packed amphitheater, opening with newer material built on heavy percussion, sharp lighting cues and the tour’s tongue‑in‑cheek “mockumentary” framing. Video interludes and stylized transitions added narrative flair, but the band’s straightforward musicianship remained the foundation.

Frontman Luke Hemmings’ vocals led the early stretch, particularly on “Teeth” and “Easier.” At the same time, bassist Calum Hood and drummer Ashton Irwin powered the rhythm‑heavy arrangements that define the group’s recent sound. Guitarist Michael Clifford’s solos cut through the polished production with welcome grit.

The set’s midpoint shifted to a more intimate tone as each member took a solo spotlight. Hemmings’ “Starting Line” drew one of the night’s loudest sing-alongs, and Irwin’s “Have U Found What Ur Looking For?” offered a rare moment of stillness. Hood’s “Don’t Forget You Love Me” and Clifford’s “Enough” rounded out the breather before the band returned to full volume.

From there, the group leaned into fan favorites. “Ghost of You,” “No Shame” and “She’s Kinda Hot” reignited the crowd, but the run of early hits — “Amnesia,” “Voodoo Doll,” “Waste the Night” and “Jet Black Heart” — produced the most sustained reaction. Hemmings often stepped back as the audience carried the entire chorus.

The band closed with “She Looks So Perfect,” its most recognizable anthem, before returning for a two‑song encore. The title track “Everyone’s a Star!” served as a thematic capstone, but “Youngblood” remained the defining moment, shaking the amphitheater through its final chorus.

Saturday’s show underscored the band’s evolution — still playful, still rooted in pop‑punk energy, but now framed in a more mature, theatrical presentation. For longtime fans, the Ruoff stop offered both a nostalgic return and a polished look at the group’s current direction.
